Our providers include clinical psychologists, including specialty in neuropsychology and licensed independent clinical social workers.

Dr. David Boyer
Dr. Boyer is both a licensed psychologist and licensed mental health counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  He earned a post graduate certificate in neuropsychology and currently provides assessment and counseling services through Hillcrest Educational Centers in via their residential programs, community programs and with various school districts.  He has worked with youth in residential care since 1980 and specializes in providing assessment and treatment for children and adolescents who have suffered significant trauma and have demonstrated high risk behaviors including fire-setting, sexual aggression and violence.

Dr. Melody Fisher
Dr. Fisher is a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD from the University of Massachusetts – Boston.  In addition to providing assessment and counseling through Hillcrest Community Support Services, she runs group therapy for residential students at Hillcrest Educational Centers and spends time educating the next generation of mental health providers as an adjunct professor of Psychology at Berkshire Community College. Dr. Fisher specializes in Trauma Informed Care, substance abuse evaluation and treatment, Narrative therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
